Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving client success.
As a Project Manager, you will be our clients' primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. You’ll oversee cross-functional Disinformation Analysts and Engineers teams, managing task progress and team utilization while delivering on client expectations with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Management of tech cross-functional team with a focus on AI/ML
• Serve as the primary contact for all client communications.
• Manage client requests, ensuring progress, quality, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Facilitate smooth communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
• Monitor and coordinate the team’s tasks, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project goals.
• Proactively identify and resolve any roadblocks impacting project success.
• Ensuring quality of project deliverables.
• Creating project reports for the clients.
Will be a plus:
• Previous experience or expertise in combating and preventing disinformation, manipulation, and other informational threats or cybersecurity domains.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of project management experience in strategic communications, PR or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing relationships with clients.
• Advanced English writing and communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a talent for balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• A client-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
