Role Overview:
As the Head of Product, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our AI-powered platform for countering disinformation. You’ll combine your visionary thinking with hands-on involvement, steering the product from ideation to market dominance. Your expertise in leveraging LLMs, AI, and related technologies will drive the creation of groundbreaking features and tools that empower organizations worldwide to identify, counter, and prevent disinformation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, machine learning, and analytics, to deliver a product that aligns with our mission and exceeds user expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Craft a clear, compelling vision and roadmap for our platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and user needs.
• Develop and propose innovative product features and ideas, making data-driven decisions on priorities.
• Analyze and improve the user experience of the existing platform.
• Drive ideation and development of innovative PoCs.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and iteration.
• Improve product analytics approach and develop required dashboards and reports.
Requirements:
• 6+ years in product leadership roles, preferably within AI, machine learning, or SaaS industries.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI, and related technologies, with experience bringing AI-driven solutions to market.
• Ability to create and communicate a compelling product vision and execute it effectively.
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to product development and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
