Role Overview:
As we strive towards a safer digital world, your role as a Grant Manager will be crucial in securing funding to support Osavul mission.
You will be owning the grant application process, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting on grant outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end process of grant proposals, including research, writing, submission, and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with our finance and legal teams to ensure alignment and collect data, crucial for comprehensive reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funding organizations, government agencies, and other potential grantors.
• Develop and implement robust due diligence processes for all stages of grant making.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines, and report on grant outcomes.
• Monitor and track grant funding, budgets, and expenditures.
• Conduct thorough research to identify additional grant opportunities.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Strong command of English.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with the grant application process in Ukraine, EMEA and the US.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Natural born talent of proofreading and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Strong research skills to identify relevant grant opportunities and gather necessary information.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications).
• Proven experience in grant writing, management, or fundraising.
• Understanding of grant application processes and grant management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with NGOs or grant funding projects.
• Previous background in a Big 4 firm or in the field of financial reporting.
• Knowledge of AI technology and cybersecurity industry.
