Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering Team. In this role, you will manage diverse data storage solutions, maintain an efficient and secure AWS environment, and establish robust processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

-Manage cloud environments proactively to minimize service disruptions, including tasks related to infrastructure as code, certificate management, maintaining multiple data storages, health checks, and backups.

-Develop and implement monitoring and logging solutions to identify and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and other operational concerns promptly.

-Collaborate with the development team to enhance operational stability, cost efficiency and reporting capabilities for our cloud solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven track record of working with AWS cloud infrastructure platform.
- Solid experience with coding infrastructure by using tools like Terraform/Terragrunt or similar.
- Familiar with self-hosted Elasticsearch setup and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Helm/K8s.
- Previous experience designing and building distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven track record of migration between clouds.
- Redshift/Snowflake knowledge will be a plus.
- Understanding of vector storages will be a plus.

Required skills and abilities:

- Hands-on experience writing Python scripts.
- Ability to maintain PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of best practices for monitoring and system alerts.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deal with complex abstract problems.
- Team spirit and ability to effectively collaborate with others.
- Ability to articulate a clear strategy; map and execute the necessary steps to help accelerate the company toward its strategic goals.
